I managed to strong arm YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley into a quick interview when I was at TechCrunch50 this week by promising to ask him just three questions. But as Google's stock swoons this week, investors have really only one question: When does the search giant figure out how to turn those hundreds of millions of video views into cash?

While Hurley is still bullish on YouTube's ad potential, he told us that this one, big online video answer everyone was looking for didn't exist. Instead, YouTube would be rolling out a range of options starting in the next few months.
